The EWN Emergency Management Workshop is a full day workshop designed to develop participants’ understanding and perception of emergency management and inspire creative solutions and policies to strengthen their company’s emergency management program. Designed to immerse participants in the world of emergency management, this workshop provides scenario-based activities to engage participants in creative emergency management solutions and discussion topics to learn what other industry leaders are doing to prepare for and react appropriately to any disaster that may affect their clients, employees, or infrastructure. Participants will identify the requirements of 49 CFR 192 and 195 as they relate to emergency management, practice preparation techniques, perform a risk assessment, complete an emergency plan analysis, and consider funding options and limitations.
