EWN Named Official Training Partner of the TGA

ENERGY worldnet, Inc. (EWN) is excited to announce a definitive agreement with the Texas Gas Association (TGA) to become TGA’s Official Training Partner.

This partnership with TGA, headquartered in Houston, TX, combines TGA’s vision “to be an efficient and effective platform for the membership and the public for natural gas education, safety, and awareness and performance” with ENERGY worldnet’s position as the industry leader for OQ, safety training, and compliance.

When asked about the partnership, Coleman Sterling, CEO of ENERGY worldnet, stated,
“At EWN our vision is to make the world a safer place to work. Partnerships with dedicated organizations like the TGA are vital to accomplishing that goal. Together we are going to change the industry by providing phenomenal training and industry best practices to ALL pipeline operators and oil and gas contractors around the state.”

Darrell Cherry, President of the Texas Gas Association, agreed, saying, “The alliance between our companies will bring a new and greater educational opportunity for the TGA members. Under the terms of the partnership, EWN has agreed to redesign and improve the TGA website, newsletter, and social media channels; offer advice for the TGA brand; and add the following Instructor-led Training Programs to the TGA’s offerings:

  • Instructional Design & Development
  • Emergency Management
  • Compliance Management
  • Leadership Training
  • OQ Fundamentals (including AOCs)
  • Line Locating & Damage Prevention
  • Plastic & Steel Pipe Repair
