Instructional Design and Authoring Training

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND AUTHORING COURSE
2 Day Class: The Instructional Design and Authoring Course provides designated OQ plan administrators and/or training personnel with detailed and hands-on knowledge of the Courses/PEs/Evaluation Authoring Section of the PRO II system and prepares them to create, edit and manage company specific training and evaluations utilizing the ENERGY worldnet system and services.  Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to customize ENERGY worldnet training courses and evaluations to meet their specific company needs, create new OQ and non-OQ training courses and evaluations, and create versions and updates to existing training courses and evaluations.

Following the ENERGY worldnet Instructional Systems Design Model will help ensure that your customized courses result in training that is instructionally sound and effective. There are many things ENERGY worldnet knows about adult learners — how they learn, how they recall information, how they remember skills, how they are alike, and how they are different.
