“EWN’s PRO II system is VERY user friendly. From the frontline trainers who utilize the system on a daily basis with our service personnel to the service personnel taking evaluations, to me running reports and updating changes to the system – everything works like a charm. Our service personnel were just getting used to having computers in their vehicles when they started coming in for training school and used laptops versus taking paper tests. Five – ten minutes of instructions and everyone was good to go for day’s worth of training and they actually prefer knowing right away how they did and what, if anything, they did wrong.

I would wholeheartedly recommend EWN to Operators and their contractors. It is very easy to use, run reports and upload our own evaluations. We plan to expand and utilize EWN’s systems further by modifying and combining qualities of their evaluations to our evaluations.

EWN’s staff is the tops and you get help when you need it at EWN. Someone always answers the phones at EWN…they don’t let it roll to voicemail. If the person on the line can’t answer your question, they will either get someone on the line who can or will call you back with 15 minutes. Service is a great pleasure.”
