As I mentioned, online training is an essential piece of the OQ puzzle, but not the only piece. At MGE, we’ve found that by freeing our training staff from the classroom, we can spend much more time in the field, working with employees hands-on, where the best and most realistic training takes place. If we had to give up ENERGY worldnet and go back to the days of classroom training and paper based records, I would have to hire at least one additional employee just to keep up.
