ENERGY worldnet System

The ENERGY worldnet System is a fully integrated internet based compliance management program. It provides the natural gas, oil and energy industries with the ability to manage all aspects of an Operator Qualification compliance program with one easy to use system.

Master Evaluator Certification Program (MECP)

The Master Evaluator Certification Program is an evaluator/proctor course that provides participants with the principles for conducting effective evaluations and provides opportunities to apply these principles by practicing them in a comfortable environment.  This is achieved by discussing individual testing techniques and performance observation techniques; reviewing various Operator Qualification Plan Evaluation requirements; and by providing practice using actual evaluation tools.  Upon completion of this course, participants will understand the requirements of 49 CFR 192 and 195 as it relates to written and performance evaluations, know how to prepare for an evaluation, know how to perform an evaluation and know how to properly document an evaluation and maintain records.

System Administrator Training Course

The ENERGY worldnet System Administrator Training Course is a must have for OQ plan administrators. It provides administrators with an in-depth and hands-on review of the PRO II system and prepares them to effectively manage their OQ program. This is achieved by exploring the overall layout, navigation and functionality of the PRO II System from the Operators’ and Contractors’ points of view.

Advanced Administrator and Authoring Course

The ENERGY worldnet Advanced Administrator and Authoring Course provides an in depth look at the customization capabilities of the PRO II system. In the Authoring section of the PRO II system, participants will be able to customize ENERGY worldnet based training courses and evaluations, create new original training courses and evaluations in order to meet company and/or industry specific requirements and track all changes and updates.
