Master Evaluator Certification Program (MECP)

The ENERGY worldnet Master Evaluator Certification Program is an evaluator/proctor training program that provides the tools and principals for creating a consistent and fair company wide evaluation process. The Master Evaluator Certification Program will help participants understand the requirements of 49 CFR 192 and 195 as it relates to written and performance evaluations. This is achieved by discussing individual testing techniques and performance observation techniques, reviewing various Operator Qualification Plan evaluation requirements and by providing practice using actual evaluation tools. Upon completion of this course each participant will know how to prepare for an evaluation, how to perform an evaluation, proctor exams and tests and know how to document evaluation results and maintain records.
