EWN Presents Overview of 9 Inspection Protocols

ENERGY worldnet presented an overview of the 9 inspection protocols/elements to over 100 pipeline and utility owner-operators at the North Dakota/South Dakota  Operator Safety Training Seminar.  The presentation was made by EWN Chief Operating Officer Geoffrey Isbell on April 3rd, and reviewed the 9 protocols covered in PHMSA Form 14 and Form 15 which are utilized by state and federal inspectors to ensure operator compliance with the requirements of 49 CFR 192 and 195.  The conference is being hosted by the North Dakota Public Service Commission on April 3rd and 4th, 2012 in Bismarck, ND.
