Scott T. Dill, originator of Conduit Constructors, LLC began his bridge utility installations in 1996. He

reliable contractors that were experienced in installing utility conduit systems
across bridges. Conduit Constructors, LLC was prayerfully created by Scott and
co-creator James “Bob” Buffington, Jr. in 2005. Together they each have a decade
of intense, specialized experience in the Industry. Scott brings to the team not
only years of experience in managing, cost estimating, and purchasing but he has
