March 13: Master Evaluator Certification Program (MECP) in Decatur, TX
The Master Evaluator Certification Program is an evaluator/proctor course that
provides participants with the principles for conducting effective evaluations
and provides opportunities to apply these principles by practicing them in a
comfortable environment.  This is achieved by discussing individual testing
techniques and performance observation techniques; reviewing various Operator
Qualification Plan Evaluation requirements; and by providing practice using
actual evaluation tools.  Upon completion of this course, participants will
understand the requirements of 49 CFR 192 and 195 as it relates to written and
performance evaluations, know how to prepare for an evaluation, know how to
perform an evaluation and know how to properly document an evaluation and
maintain records.

March 14: Advanced System Administrator Training in Decatur, TX
This is the ADVANCED version of System Administrator. If you have not
taken the Basic System Administrator Course or have system experience, you would
need to take the basic class offered next month. The Advanced System
Administrator Training Course provides designated OQ plan administrators and/or
supervisors with in-depth and hands-on review of each advance feature in the EWN
systems  and focuses on  demonstrating how to effectively manage their OQ
program utilizing the ENERGY worldnet system and services. This is achieved by
discussing each service available in the EWN system for Operators and
Contractors; reviewing the features and functions of the system and assisting
with the set up of custom options and settings; and by providing practice using
actual functions, tools and processes.

March 15- 16: Instructional Design and Authoring Training in Decatur, TX (2 day class)
The Instructional Design and Authoring Course provides designated OQ plan
administrators and/or training personnel with detailed and hands-on knowledge of
the Courses/PEs/Evaluation Authoring Section of the PRO II system and prepares
them to create, edit and manage company specific training and evaluations
utilizing the ENERGY worldnet system and services.  Upon completion of the
course, participants will be able to customize ENERGY worldnet training courses
and evaluations to meet their specific company needs, create new OQ and non-OQ
training courses and evaluations, and create versions and updates to existing
training courses and evaluations.
