Advisory Bulletin

February 23, 2012: PHMSA is issuing this advisory bulletin to remind operators of pipelines and
LNG facilities of the need to conduct post accident drug and alcohol testing of all potentially involved
personnel despite uncertainty about the circumstances of the accident.
